Located near the Boathouse, Stable & Bothy buildings is the Green Workshop. Built by the Friends volunteers this wonderful space provides a covered area for all sorts of activities but, in particular, the craft of green wood carpentry.
Made from a frame supported by Douglas Fir tree trunks, felled in the adjacent woods by kind permission of Altyre Estate, the workshop & store sit comfortably in the wooded surroundings. It presents a space of natural tranquility and inspiration.
Visitors welcome
